Essay 2

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People communicate with each other less than in the past because of the popularity of television. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

So the question is. Do people not communicate with each other because of the popularity of television? This is something that all people struggle with. So I am sure you have seen that when people sit next to each other to eat dinner for example, they do not communicate. They all are on their mobile phones. Even while travelling, while using the toilet and stuff like that. I think that people are waisting too much time while being on their telephones, on their TVs and on their computers. I know that people could speak and talk with their relatives and spend their time with them. But they just do not want to communicate with their relatives or friends because if they wanted no one and nothing could stop them. Nowadays kids and people have been raised with those gadgets. And it is hard I think for them to be cut from their phones and stuffs that takes their time. Not everyone understands that it is not good for them. So my opinion for this essay topic is that YES it does have an influence on people, but people are being so stupid by being influenced by gadgets.

Essay

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The knowledge we gain from our personal experiences is more valuable than the knowledge we gain from books. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. Do not use memorized examples

Of course people gain knowledge from personal experience and from books too. But from personal experience much more than from books. When people read books , they are just trying to know the story and the moral, but that doesn’t mean that they understand it. While people read books they just read the story from the book, but they don’t really feel every single thing and every single line that book has. From a book they can just read and don’t understand what was the book about. Because they don’t feel exactly what the book’s character felt. But when people actually experience some things in real life, they do feel pain or even happiness and in some part of their lives they live in that situation. From every single pain that people get from some kind of situation they understand things because of the pain they feel. Even in life people get to experience the same thing twice to gain some knowledge. But it is not only about being in pain for gaining knowledge. It is just about feeling something. Feelings make people think and thinking makes people be wiser. And so when a writer writes a book that means that he or she had experienced something in life, felt something and understood something. And then he started writing a book about the thing he experienced. He writes a book with the knowledge he gained while experiencing life. But we cannot disagree that books give us some thoughts what to do and what NOT to do in life. More valuable is the one that makes you feel something. Even books can make you feel and think.

Does social media improve or hurt our society?

So here is the question. Does social media improve or hurt our society? It of course hurts. The question is why. Welcome to the text where you can know why. Many people in this century are into their phones, into social media. But they don’t understand why it is for. In my personal opinion, social media is made for making people to not think and to not be smart. People are all into it. Isn’t it dangerous that all the people are interested in that thing. It’s ridiculous and dangerous. We all know that we can use social media or phone apps for our good. But people are so stupid so they don’t understand that it’s a waist of time. The only way to keep us alive both mentally and physically we must read. Reading is the key to successfulness and is the key of being smart, and being graceful, even being cheerful. Well social media takes from us a lot of time. It takes from us the opportunity of working for our dreams. Well it technically doesn’t, but it keeps people degraded. I don’t know a single person that is so smart, so wise and so grateful to life while being on cell phones and not doing anything for their dreams. It feels like it takes us out of our world and keeps us not close to nature. It keeps our mind stupid. Because people don’t use it for their good. And then in the end our society is full of stupid minds.

Do standardized tests really reveal student knowledge?

Well… You know people go through so much in life. They don’t just study, they live too. And people learn so much from life. You know it’s really important to have a really good knowledge and be smart in each subject. But life isn’t only based on school subjects. People can know so much about life and about how to get out of a hard situation. And that is one of the most powerful things in the world. And that person can know the thing how to live happily. Again education is one if the most important things in the world, but have a standardized tests are limited and they are asking questions about limited education. But the person can know so much about that subject but that question that person in that moment can just forget, but that person knows the answer. Just the tests never will know what kind of person you are and how smart you are. Because I can not know about Newton’s 1st law that doesn’t mean that I can’t get out of a really hard situation without that law. People of course need a really good education and have to pass many tests but it doesn’t show how much that person is ready to live.

Coffee

Coffee has become the most expensive food in the world this year. At the beginning of December, the price of coffee was $ 2.33 per pound. This is the highest price since 2011. We learn about this from fortune.com news.

According to the news, due to low yields and delays in supplies, market tensions will continue until 2023.

The rise in prices for coffee in this way is due to several factors. For example, global disruptions in transport chains, as the granulation of grains, that is, the production of them for sale, often do not occur in the country where the production is located. In addition, coronavirus cases are on the rise in other major producing countries, such as Vietnam, the world’s second-largest coffee exporter. Ethiopia has declared a state of emergency amid escalating clashes between rebels and government forces.

It is still unclear what impact it will have on the Armenian market, and when oriental coffee lovers in our country will feel the rise in prices. But one thing is obvious: 95-96% of our citizens are coffee lovers. Drink at least 3 cups of coffee a day.

«We especially drink oriental coffee with ground natural beans, which is much more useful than any other type of coffee and has almost no harmful properties.

About the usefulness of coffee

Coffee has been considered one of the best foods in the last decade as an antioxidant and regulator. «The claim made at the time, or written in Soviet textbooks that coffee raises blood pressure, is not true, but on the contrary, coffee regulates blood circulation because it activates the metabolism.

According to the food consultant, experts do not single out coffee as a dangerous food, but on the contrary, it is on the list of effective foods. «We do not consider the addiction to coffee to be a pathological addiction, it is the same as tea and milk. Coffee does not belong to the category of addictive drinks or cigars. «In many cases, it is desirable for a person to ‘make friends’ with coffee, because he considers it a problem-solving product,» he notes.

Coffee has a significant role in regulating blood pressure and salt water balance in the lives of sedentary people. is a method of not accumulating fluid and releasing it quickly.

Coffee has no harmful properties if used in sufficient quantities. It will be dangerous if it is abused.

At the same time, the observer observes how any food, including coffee, can naturally have a certain adverse effect.

Harmful effects that can be caused by coffee abuse.

Excessive coffee consumption can have a detrimental effect on people with gastrointestinal diseases. Due to its mild bitterness and the presence of sharp essential oils, it can have an irritating effect on the gastric mucosa. Large doses of coffee are also not recommended for people with nervous system problems.

For people who have insomnia or severe neuroticism and use sedatives, coffee can have the opposite effect, becoming a stimulant and activator, due to which the person may not feel the maximum effectiveness of the medication. Because coffee has a single-channel property, when used in large quantities, it is possible to have a decalcifying factor in the body due to the rapid secretion of fluid.

Consuming more than 20 grams of coffee a day (about 4-5 cups) can be like that. But here too it is very individual. For example, if the user is a small 18-year-old girl and a large man over 30, then, of course, the effect may be different. «

At what age can you drink coffee?

As coffee has a tonic, activating effect, it is not recommended for very young children to use it. «As children get an education, they need to go to bed early and wake up early, so coffee has an additional irritating and activating effect, which is not desirable,» — coffee consumption is desirable from 16-17 years.

It’s just that if people drink coffee more often and in larger doses, it’s a good idea to include calcium-rich foods in their lifestyle, such as cottage cheese, yogurt, and cheese

The nutritionist has denied the widespread claims that coffee has a harmful effect on pregnant women, noting that coffee is not contraindicated for pregnant and nursing mothers, of course, if there is no intolerance to a particular food in the body. «If you notice that your child has lost 1-2 cups of sleep, increased activity in a strange way, then you can already think about reducing the dose,» advises the specialist.

Should students evaluate their teachers?

Here is the question. Should students evaluate their teachers? So here is my opinion

Let’s imagine that student evaluate their teachers. If students were able to choose which teacher to stay and which to leave the school, there will not be bad teachers in schools. First of all students are looking in the teacher their personality while speaking to students. And second of all students start loving the subject when the teacher is explaining it with live and with pleasure. I can bring an example. The first time that I had an biology class in 7th grade I didn’t really like it. But since 8th grade I started loving biology because our teacher had changed. You know the problem was not the thing that the past teacher was a bad person. No of course. But now my teacher is not the past one. And I started liking biology even my future profession is not connected to biology. But that’s a fact that my teacher treats me very good and makes me understand the lesson. And if every teacher will be evaluated by students there will be no bad teachers.
